We will utilize telemedicine whenever possible to lessen our patient and staff potential exposures.
Set up your patient portal for each of your children and Healow app (available on the portal login page). Please note the initial patient login in usually the email, but subsequent children, it defaults to first name, last name and year of birth.
Access in the Patient portal must be completed prior to accessing Healow app.
FOR TELEVISIT -
Call for your televisit appointment first, wait about 5 min for registration.
Start the login process about 30 min prior to your appointment. If you have difficulty, call our nurse or front desk phone.
Get basic vitals that you may be able to get at home, like a weight, temperature and if able, blood pressure, heart rate and respiratory rate. (how many heart beats or breaths in 1 minute)
1. TEXT MESSAGE: receive a text message directly to your phone with the televisit questionnaire and log in.
2. FOR PORTAL: Login to your individual child's account. On the dashboard, click appointments - VIEW ALL, see visit for televisits and click , JOIN TELEVISIT. A questionnaire and subsequent vital signs page will pop up. Once completed, click join televisit.
3. FOR HEALOW APP - - You must already have a working username and password for the portal. Download the app from the portal login. Use the code on the portal login page to find our clinic faster. (ACJDAA). Register the child's account in Healow App, Find the "wheel" associated with that child. At the top the appointment section should turn red when there is an upcoming appointment. Click on the appointment. New screen - click on the televisit appointment. New screen - at the bottom, it should say JOIN TELEVISIT. Click to join the televisit. Answer the questionnaire and submit and subsequently enter vitals. Click Join televisit.
*** Make sure you enable the camera and microphone on your phone for the Healow app.
